Parking Near the J.B. Hunt Library
If you are driving into Centennial Campus, you have two options for parking (see the map of the parking lots relative to the J.B. Hunt Library):
Visitor Parking (hourly rates or $15/day)
Pay parking next to the Hunt Library and Fitts-Woolard Hall is available at the Poulton Lot (Coordinates: 35°46'09.4"N 78°40'37.8"W)
Hourly parking is available in the Poulton Pay Lot, across the street from the first floor entrance to the Hunt Library, and at the Partners Way Parking Deck, at Partners Way and Varsity Drive. Parking spots are numbered, and there is a pay station that accepts debit and credit cards only (no cash). You can also pay online through ParkMobile. View rates.
Parking is free and open to the public after 5pm on weekdays and throughout the weekend.
Event Parking ($10/day)
Event parking permit in the Oval West Parking Deck (Coordinates: 35°46'10.3"N 78°40'37.1"W). You can purchase a permit for individual days (3/16, 3/17 or 3/18) or for all days of the meeting. Permits are available for purchase a week before the meeting (3/9/2026). Please note that the permits are non-refundable. To purchase the permit
Visit Go.ncsu.edu/EventParking (Ensure you are logged out of your parking account)
Select "Purchase Event Permit"
Agree to the Terms of Service
Select "Centennial Campus Events”
Select 2026 Spring Meeting of the ESSCI.
When prompted, enter ESSCI2026 as the Event Voucher Code. The code is case-sensitive and must be entered exactly as shown. Select Apply Voucher.
Select an available Permit Type (this will populate above the voucher code field in the gray box).
Select/Confirm your parking dates. Select Confirm.
Select the Location.
Select "Add Vehicle". Enter vehicle license plate, state, year, make, and model. Review information entered for accuracy and select Add.
Enter name and phone number. Select Confirm.
Select Continue.
Enter email address and billing information.
Review information. Select Checkout.
